fall refresh

Summer 2018...you were a good one. A very good one. But now that Labor Day as come and gone, school is back, vacations are less frequent, and we wait for the weather to shift, routine and consistency finds its way back to our lives. However, it's not always easy. So, we are going to do it together! Our 2 week fall refresh is designed to get us back on track, learn how to make the time again, and get us on the right foot as we head into, dare we say it...the Holidays!

So, here is a little breakdown of how this will work...

The Fall Refresh will run from Monday 9/10-Sunday 9/23. All riders who are interested in participating can sign up in studio or by clicking HERE. We will keep track of everything in studio, so please sign up NO LATER THAN 9/9 to ensure we have you added to the list. There is no cost associated with the challenge, all current class packs can be used. If you are serious about tackling this 2 weeks, and beyond, be sure to check out our BIRTHDAY SPECIAL to stock up (available online or in studio 9/7-9/9)!

This is a personal challenge, so you can take this as far as you personally need to, to get yourself back on track, or dig even a little deeper than you did this summer. All riders who complete 14 classes in the 14 days will win a $25 WheelHouse gift card AND be entered to get the month of October ON US! The rider who racks up the most classes in 14 days will automatically get October on us, in addition to the $25 gift card, AND will walk away with a little piece of swag to rep all your hard work! If 14 classes seems daunting to you, I will ask you to do one thing...don't overthink it. Just show up and ride! One day, one class at a time! And if you feel yourself falling behind, don't give up all together because the point of the challenge is to get you moving again, not to necessarily hit the finish line. Plus there will be some fun prizes along the way!

This challenge is not designed to crush you for 2 weeks, and then have you fall off entirely. It is designed to help you figure out that if it is important to you, you can indeed find a way to get it done. It is not easy every day to find the time, with work, school, kids, family, everything else, it is hard. But you owe it to yourself to try. So maybe you have to set the alarm for the 5:30am class, or maybe you have to do it after a long day, maybe you have to go outside of your comfort zone, but at the end of the day, you got it done, so mission accomplished. So we are determined to help you establish a routine and help you work this into your life. Which takes us to the second component...

Mary is a health coach who will work 1-1 with you to determine what YOUR health journey looks like, what YOUR goals are, where YOUR health can improve. Mary is offering a FREE 30 minute consultation to all fall refresh challengers! This is not a mandatory part of the challenge by any means, but it doesn't hurt to chat with her and see how she can help you establish a more well rounded lifestyle. We strongly encourage you to take advantage of your complimentary consultation, and also intend to have Mary in studio during the challenge so you can chat in person!
